Room Hire
The BHLAC is in regular use and is available for hire. It is suitable for regular or one-off meetings for community groups, social groups, business or parties.
Studio
Our large, light and airy Studio is suitable for exercise classes, meetings, workshops, parties and more. There is a sound system and a projector screen. There are double doors to the outside terrace which wraps two sides of the building and provides outdoor space in the warmer months.
It is a great space for birthday parties, young and old. We are a licensed premises, bouncy castles are permitted and you are welcome to provide your own catering or perhaps book outside caterers.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is a large room overlooking the River Culm. This room links to the Studio, via interconnecting doors, enabling both rooms to be booked together for large meetings or celebrations. There is a hatch to the kitchen and double doors to the outside terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped to a commercial standard. From the kitchen there is a serving hatch through to the Dining Room. The kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, a large catering fridge, microwave, hot water boiler, sinks for food preparation, washing up and hand washing, dishwasher and a good supply of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
